It couldn't have been more perfect. I got a brand new bike, a dairy queen icecream cake and we went to the mountains for the day! It was beautiful! So not long now until the 2bScrapped store opens and so I am busy as a bee getting my kits ready to go. Its one thing to get hte preview ready its a whole other ball game to get the kits into propper format, zipped and uploaded. I am working on a large surprise kit not to be seen until June 1st. Just wait until you see this one, I think it's my best yet. I am jam packing it full of all kinds of things so you will be able to make many LO's with just he one kit. Hope you enjoy!

FIXED!!!
OK I have to admit, I didn't actually do anything, it just worked. This is great! Now for a personal update. We have picked up and moved across the country. From Ottawa to Calgary. I have been here now for just over 2 weeks and so far I can say it's not that bad. I am surprised at how many things are noticeably different here. Slow driver, cheap milk, cheap beef, expensive produce, unpredictable weather just to name a few. I sure do miss my family!

So I am finally going to start selling my designs at . Be sure to check out the store when it opens June 1st for all kinds of great kits and deals! Once i figure out how to fix my current problem (of not being able to post pictures from Hello to Blogger" That is why I have not posted here in a while. Also on my rather large TO DO list is to hire a Personal CT. Once I have this up and running again, I will post a call at "just digital calls". So much to do - so little time! I have 4 completed and ready kits, and many others in the works.

So, Mason is now 6 months. Where did the time go? Today he figured out how to scream! It is going to be busy around here lately and so I may not be able to post too much (not like I have been keeping up anyways) but at least now I will have an excuse! We are moving to the other side of the country in 2 weeks! I am sure i am still in shock, really. It will be very difficult ot be so far from my family. We are all so close!

Ok So I have some catching up to do. First things first, I am a Designer. Finally! I am a designer for the new and amazing site opening in June called 2BScrapped.com. Be sure to check it out! There is a wonderful group of designers there with some serious talent! Really looking forward to it all! Since I found out I have been busy making elements and kits. I have never even sold any of my work before so I have alot to learn. It's about time though as I have been creating my own everything for a while now! Well best I get desiging...

So as you may have noticed I have yet to figure out how to load pictures again! Yikes! And I have some to load. Anyways I spent the day in the city today. I have been meaning to get my hair cut since I had Mason and just finally got around to it. Its much shorter, but healthier. I think I like it. You see, when it comes to getting my hair done I have no patience. I cant wait to get out of there. It seems they just cannot style it quick enough. Then I have to look at and play with it when I get home before I really know if I like or dislike it.

NO NEW PICS?
Ok so it's like this...My Mother is great with computers and she was here over the weekend and thought she would help clean mine up. And that she did. It is running much smoother now! Thanks Ma. Only problem is, now I dont seem to be able to load my pitures up with Hello!?!? I am so happy ot have completed a few new scrap pages and I can't load them up!!!! Any one able to help me? Spyware Doctor adn system mechanic were loaded in. Perhaps it's a firewall? What happens is, I can log on and select pic and all but it just never ever does anything after that?!

Back from baby group. MJ is still gaining quite steadily and weighed in at 19lbs 8.5oz! Not even 5 months old yet! Skating last night was amazing! I will post a pic of it later.

SKATING
The plan tonight is to go skating on the Rideau Canal. I wasn't sure just how to do so with my little boy, but I think I have it figured out. I can rent one of those sleighs. Should prove to be interesting and fun. You just know I will bring the camera. Only one more day left of Aunt Norma's visite. It is so nice having her here with us. Another weigh in tomorrow at baby group, provided we get up in time.

a wee bit of info...
All my pictures are taken with my Fugi S5000. I know, I need a digital SLR, but for now this is all I have. I use PhotoShop CS2 to digitally alter my photos. I was a traditional scrapbooker from 1997 (lets say) until about sometime in 2004 when I stumbled upon Digital Scrapbooking. I got really into that until about a month or so ago, and now enjoy correcting photos and creating digital art. the possibilities are endless with PS.

Brrr....
Well it was a cold night. Not just outside but inside too. I had trouble getting to sleep while the house was adjusting. When I finally did I woke to another noise. Then, as I was lying there alert, I could feel the bed moving. It was my youngest dog (who is 2 today!) just a shaking. I knew then that I felt awefully cold all night, and so I got up to check the furnace. Sure enough the batteries were dead and the house was freezing. Luckily I did get it figured out.
